Important Note: 
The long windshield mount (160mm) is the standard windshield mount on the F 850 GS. 

If your F has a short windshield mount with 115 millimeter screw spacing (can be optionally ordered when purchasing the F 850 GS), please order the windshield #20230-204(clear) or #20230-205(smoked).

If your F, on the other hand, has the original windshield adjustment, please use the MARATHON windshield with order number #43971-001 (clear) or 43971-002 (smoked).

The proven product features of our MARATHON screens provide effective wind and weather protection, ergonomics, and pronounced long-distance comfort for relaxed riding and thus more passive safety.

It is aerodynamically inclined towards the rider and the original height adjustment mechanism can still be used. It is significantly taller and wider at the bottom than the original screen. The aerodynamic flow channel between the lower edge of the screen and the headlight provides a backflow for the MARATHON screen, which effectively dampens, calms, and deflects any wind turbulence upwards. Thanks to its dimensions, it provides optimal relief from wind pressure for the head, upper body, and shoulders with noticeably reduced turbulence.
