TripleClamp Moto Inc. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
Items in undamaged and unused condition, in original packaging, may be returned for refund or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges
- Customer must contact TripleClamp Moto within 7 days of receipt of the order to request a return/exchange. This period may be extended on occasions by TripleClamp Moto which will be communicated clearly on our website at the time of purchase.
- Any request for returns/exchange submitted late is at the sole discretion of TripleClamp Moto Inc to accept.
- Exchange is subject to availability.
- All back ordered items (those marked at "Available to order" , all items not showing "In-Stock" at time the order is placed) are subject to %4 none-refundable fee if the customer cancels the order later than 48 hours after the order is place or returns the item. There is no charge if the order is cancelled within 48 hours.
Processing the returns
Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your item at our warehouse for processing and for the refund to be issues. Depending on the original method of payment, the refund can take additional time to show up in your account statement.
TripleClamp Moto Inc. will not be liable for any returns received that do not comply with our Return Policy. Following evaluation of the return by TripleClamp Moto, if the customer wants the returned item(s) sent back to them, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
None-returnable items
All special ordered items (which will be communicated with you before hand), items marked as "Final Sale", items purchased on sale, tires and other tire related parts such as tubes are final sale unless expressly stated by TripleClamp Moto Inc.
Shipping Charges
With the exception of defective or incorrectly shipped items, shipping charge paid when the order was placed, is not refundable for exchange/returned orders.
For example: if you picked free shipping at the checkout and your return was accepted by us, we will issue a full refund. But if you paid $10 for express shipping, you will receive a refund minus $10.
