Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fabric, is characterised by uniform resin distribution along with a high fibre volume content. This results in maximum strength and increased flexibility of the components. Through autoclave processing, a high-pressure oven that operates under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, perfect, even curing and a flawless surface are ensured. This method prevents air inclusions in the material and guarantees consistently high quality of the parts.
