Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fabric, is characterised by uniform resin distribution and a high fibre volume content, providing maximum strength and increased flexibility of the components. By curing in an autoclave, a high-pressure oven operating under controlled temperature and pressure, perfect and uniform curing and a flawless surface are ensured. This method prevents air pockets in the material, ensuring consistently high-quality parts.
