Designed for the Kove 800 X / Pro / Rally (2025-2026), this motorcycle silencer integrates into a complete motorcycle exhaust dedicated to racing use. It replaces the original assembly (header + silencer) with a performance-oriented configuration.

This exhaust system by HP Corse offers a complete architecture with silencer and headers, aiming at weight reduction and a sporty sound output.

Design & materials

The 300 mm oval silencer is made of high-quality titanium, known for its lightness. It is paired with precisely stamped conical end caps and a seamless outlet, promoting optimized gas flow.

The assembly includes a high-position stainless steel connecting pipe as well as free-flow stainless steel headers with double lambda sensor locations. This configuration removes the catalytic converter and relies on a reinforced internal structure with dedicated mounting brackets.
