Bartubeless is a system designed to combine the advantages of the spoked wheel and those of tubeless tyres. The first truly reliable system, light and adaptable to most wheels on the market. It is a lifetime system for the entire operational life of the wheel and requires no maintenance.

Wheels are made to order. They are the colors listed below. Place your order for the size and we will contact you to determine which rim, hub, spoke & nipple color you need after we receive your order.

How the Bartubeless® system works

It is this exclusive system that allows the sealing of spoked rims, transforming any spoked wheel into a “tubeless” wheel: a polymeric rubber band is made to measure for each individual wheel, which wraps around the rim inside the channel, sealing the spoke holes permanently! This special industrial process and the special blend of polymers is what makes the Bartubeless product efficient and reliable over time.

The elasticity of the special polymer allows the wheel to deform without letting air escape from the nipples which, during stress, move in their seat due to the elastic deformation of the spokes. You can even adjust spoke tension without issue, simply deflate and re-inflate after tensioning.

It is a totally reliable system which has no expiration date and requires no maintenance, as the Bartubeless system does not damage itself; it has been designed to last for many years without giving any kind of problem or lack of reliability. However, there are situations for which the use of the repair kit is inevitable such as replacing a broken spoke/nipple or perhaps the system was inadvertently damaged during a tire change.

To repair the system, the polymer must be cut near the nipple to be unscrewed to replace the spoke. Once the spoke has been replaced with a new one and the nipple has been screwed back on and tensioned, the hole created in the polymer must be closed. At this point the paste is applied following the instructions and everything is sealed and restored to its original state. Once everything is reassembled the bike is ready to go.

The warranty covers any sealing defects of the Bartubeless system due to the material used and/or the application for a period of 4 years.
